Details:
Only officially recognized clubs and organizations can rent the Underground
Processing time usually takes 5 business days
The maximum capacity for rentals is 500 people
No rental can go beyond 2am
Charity events must present a letter from the charitable organization confirming
Only York Students who are underage can attend events where alcohol is served
Tickets for events must be sold in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door
The above details are some of rules that must be adhered to, however we understand that each event is different in nature thus if the date you requested is available the Events manager will schedule a meeting with your organization to discuss the event in further detail and provide you with a quote.
